Lisen Semiconductor (Changzhou) Co., Ltd., a company specializing in the R&D, packaging and sales of power device semiconductors, recently organized a 4-day team building activity in the picturesque Zhangjiajie.

Tianmen Mountain in Zhangjiajie, formerly known as Yunmeng Mountain and Songliang Mountain, is the highest mountain in Yongding District, Zhangjiajie, 8 kilometers north of the urban area. It is named after the natural wonder "Tianmen Cave" and is the earliest famous mountain recorded in history. Tianmen Mountain is 1,517.9 meters above sea level, and the relative height difference with the urban area at the foot of the mountain is more than 1,300 meters, so it looks particularly tall and straight. The beauty of the skyline here is known as the typical mountain. In addition, Tianmen Mountain is also a flying sanctuary for wing suit flying enthusiasts around the world. There are many popular check-in spots in the scenic area, such as the glass plank road, Guigu plank road, etc., especially the sea of clouds, which are often searched on Weibo and are known as "the most beautiful sky garden in the world."

During this team building activity, Lisun Semiconductor employees were divided into several groups, each with a specific task that they needed to complete within a specified time to demonstrate their team tenacity and cooperation.

The first task was to enjoy the sea of clouds at the top of Tianmen Mountain. The employees were divided into four groups and took the cable car to the top of the mountain. Standing at an altitude of more than 1,500 meters, they overlooked the entire Zhangjiajie city. This was a great challenge for some employees who were afraid of heights. With the support and encouragement of the team, they felt the magnificence and magic of nature and were proud of their team.

The second task was to climb to the top. Under the leadership of General Manager Liu, the 10-member team enjoyed the beautiful scenery along the way during the exploration, felt the joy of reaching the highest peak, and overlooked the earth and saw the visible arc. During the climbing process, the employees' physical fitness, tenacity and teamwork were fully demonstrated.

In addition to these team building activities, Lison Semiconductor employees also visited famous attractions such as Tianmen Cave, Ladder to Heaven and Glass Plank Road. While enjoying the beautiful scenery, they also learned about the history and culture of Tianmen Mountain.
